I needed to sell my house quickly but had to obtain a certain value for it. I had two different realtors come in who both said I could ask in the $250,000 range but could only expect to receive $225,000-approximatey 90% of the value.  I had heard about Cynthia from a neighbor who was selling her house and contacted her company. She not only staged my house but guided me in making a few improvements to increase the value of my home so I could get a better price. Cynthia even did the shopping for me so I wouldn’t have to waste time going from place to place. She supervised the whole operation. I invested less then $10,000 in improvements and listed the house with one of those “by owner” magazines for $285,000. The house was so beautiful it sold on the first day of the open house for $280,000 which was 98% of the value! I increased my net profit by $45,000 which was a huge improvement over what the realtors originally said I could get. And, I didn’t have to pay any realtor commission. We were at a loss as to how to get our house ready to sell. It seemed such an overwhelming task. We contacted Cynthia for a consultation and hired her on the spot. We followed her suggestions regarding paint colors and what kind of new carpeting we should install.  We also hired her painting services. We’re newlyweds who have recently purchased our first home. Most of our furniture has been given to us by family and friends with a few other pieces left over from our apartment.
